At Safestyle UK, we don't just sell and install energy saving replacement windows, doors and composite doors. We make our products at our own state-of-the-art factory in Yorkshire, Safestyle Manufacturing and Logistics - in fact, we're one of the UK's largest window and door manufacturers.

And you can be sure you’re getting the very best deal on affordable double glazing products because they come straight from our own state-of-the-art factory.

But we do more than this! We only make bespoke windows and doors. After we’ve visited you to measure up, we take the measurements and your choices of design back to the factory and they make doors and windows that fit your home exactly, down to the last millimetre. That means you get doors and windows that fit perfectly and work properly day in day out, year after year.

Production

Our facility is set in 18-acres, employs over 600 specialist production staff between them working 2 shifts a day, 6 days a week producing more than 5,000 frames and 12,000 double glazed sealed units per week. The number of staff alone makes us the biggest employer in the area!

We have invested more than £8 million in our production facilities to date, including £2.5 million worth of state-of-the-art glass toughening and processing machinery installed by the worlds top experts from Finland and Austria. We even have our own electricity substation that powers the factory!

We don't just manufacture the double glazed frames! We offer our extensive 10-year guarantee because we make everything to our own very high standards – even the toughened glass is toughened in our own furnace. And our frame manufacturing processes allow us to bend the uPVC to any angle or curvature of window frame to ensure it exactly matches your requirements.

By keeping as much manufacturing and production in-house as possible, we are able to keep costs low and reduce lead times for your windows and doors and provide an even better, top quality service to all our valued customers.

For several years in a row, our manufacturing facility Safestyle Manufacturing and Logistics (formerly Windowstyle) has won the prestigious Safety Award from the British Safety Council. The award means that we are recognised as having excellent safety policies, lower than average accident rates, and commitment to health and safety at every level in the company.
