A home has around 96 minutes to convince potential buyers that it is their dream property, according to a new survey.
New research by Abbey reveals that the average house hunter spends 96 minutes looking at a property before putting in an offer.
This gives homeowners a brief but all-important window in which to make sure their house is the right one for prospective buyers.
And with estate agency haart recently claiming that eight out of ten estate agents believe homes fitted with energy-saving features will be more saleable than one without after the introduction of home information packs in June, upgrades such as double glazing and insulation will became even more important to persuading viewers.
Investing in double glazing can not only make a home more attractive, but can also add to its value.
