Four eco homes are up for grabs at a Derbyshire development, it has been reported.
Homebuyers can choose from two styles of eco homes property at Knightsbridge Court in Borrowash, according to Easier Property.
The four-bedroom Abraham features a tranquil green scheme and en-suite facilities for £320,000 while the Leigh boasts a fresh lemon colourway at £285,000.
Both of the green homes feature double glazing windows, and are set in the village near to the A52 for those commuting to Nottingham and Derby or a few minutes from the M1 north.
"Set against a stunning backdrop of the Derbyshire countryside and on the edge of Borrowash, the area retains its distinct village feel to the south-east of Derby," the report said.
Developer George Wimpey claims to offer a number of deals tailor-made for all types of buyers.
It was reported in the Ealing Times this week that a developer plans to transform a square in the town's centre into a multi-purpose site for eco homes and new shops.
