New eco homes are set to go on show in Nottinghamshire offering buyers a free home information pack.

Apartments complete with green homes features such as double glazing windows are up for grabs at Bailiwick's Court in Linby and will be available for viewing from this Saturday (July 12th).

Developer Bryant East Midlands claims its contemporary two-bedroom homes in the complex have been decorated with the latest summer styles by its team of interior designers and feature open-plan kitchens as well as a superb reception room.

A company statement said: "Customers can take advantage of a range of Bryant East Midlands offers to suit their circumstances, including the opportunity to own a new home with a mortgage for just 75% of the purchase price."

It is also offering buyers the valuation of their current property, assistance with stamp duty, estate agent and legal fees.

The development is near the M1 as well as Nottingham's rail station, which offers services to Manchester, Liverpool and London for commuters.

It was reported by the Green Building Press earlier this week that an eco homes scheme was unveiled in Brighton and Hove last weekend to show the public possible home improvements they can make to properties to improve energy-efficiency levels.

Double glazing windows and doors can increase the value of your property, as well as saving you money on your heating bills. Take a look at some of the Energy Efficiency-certified windows and doors on the Safestyle website.
