Eco homes are up for grabs in a Leicester village's new development, it has been reported.
Apartments at the traditional stone-crafted Hallaton Cottage are available and the green homes sales office is open seven days a week for enquiries, according to Easier Property.
Developer George Wimpey's project featuring double glazing windows is set within the conservation area of Groby and two, three and four bedroom homes are for sale in the complex.
"Homes at this development benefit from a wide choice of local amenities, including two small supermarkets, a butcher's, a Post Office, a delicatessen, a library, and a pub and places to eat, while the city centre is less than five miles away," the report stated.
There are 24 homes in total at the development in the village of situated on Leicester's north-west countryside border.
It was reported on the website last week that four eco homes from the same developer were for sale at a Derbyshire development in Borrowash.
