Eco homes are being showcased in a Milton Keynes development, it has been reported.

All of the homes at the new Willow Lake development feature double glazing windows that are expected to cut down on wasted energy, thus making savings on heating costs.

Developer George Wimpey is offering four and three-bedroom properties at the site and claims that all offer a high standard specification that includes gas central heating and a kitchen with built-in oven, hob and hood.

A spokesperson told Easier Property: "Each of the stylish homes has been expertly decorated, furnished and finished by the leading housebuilder's interior design team to create rooms with elegance and class.

She added that from May 17th, visitors to the development will be able to tour each type of home and see the different styles for themselves.

Gordon Brown has set a target of three million extra homes to be built by 2020 and the government shortlisted 15 possible locations for the prime minister's project to create ten eco-towns earlier this year.

With Energy Efficiency windows supplied as standard, homeowners can now save even more on their heating bills and reduce their carbon footprint. Visit the Safestyle website to see a range of top quality double glazed windows to suit your home.
