Anglesey residents are up in arms over the noise pollution caused by off-road motorbikes being driven on a national nature reserve, it has emerged.
Locals living in the village claim a dirt track on farm land owned by Iolo Owen and company is ruining the reserves tranquillity at the foot of Snowdonia, reports the North Wales Chronicle.
According to the complaints, the noise pollution caused from the bikes on Thursday and Saturdays is "horrendous".
On resident told the publication: "There's a nature reserve on one side of the track and the coastal path on the other, and the noise pollution is terrible."
Mr Owen told the local newspaper he was surprised to hear the complaints as he has allowed people to use the land for ten years.
"I own a fair bit of land scattered across Anglesey and always try and do something for the community," he added.
