All homes on a new development in Derbyshire feature high specifications including double glazing, according to the developer.

George Wimpey has announced that the houses on its Knightsbridge Court site in Borrowash feature the windows as standard to all purchasers, reports Easier Property.

The housing developers claim that the three and four bedroom homes in Knightsbridge Court are "ideal" for all types of buyers.

Each home features extra specifications together with fully double glazed windows, including gas central heating and a fitted kitchen.

They also have a double garage and are on the market from prices starting at £170,000.

Easier Property also reports that Bryant Homes' has fitted out all houses at its Highfield development in Derby with double glazing.
