Policy Update: Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Following the statement by the Prime Minister on the 23rd March 2020 Safestyle immediately suspended all operations. During the lockdown we have maintained a small core staff providing emergency warranty service and maintaining contact with customers awaiting appointments or installations. Many consumers have been able to engage with us during the lockdown via video link and receive both estimates and we are pleased to say have placed new contracts with us.
Based on new government guidance, we have now restarted business. With guidance from the Industry Association (the GGF) and Government we have developed clear COVID safe procedures covering all aspects of our business. This allows us to start to resume in surveying, manufacturing, home fitting, and be open for new business.
With our factory now operating we are looking to fulfil all orders where it is safe to do so and will be in touch with all customers awaiting installation with contracts placed with us.
