We have had an excellent experience form start to finish with Safestyle. The rep (Charles) was fantastic, easy manner and didn't use any hard sell. From then, the surveyor was just as pleasant and discussed the job in detail. When the work crew turned up, on time on the day specified, they were courteous, worked very hard and worked cleanly and efficiently. Once the work was complete, did find some damage to one of the frames, which we reported straight away. A technician came out a few days later, and said we would have to have the whole frame replaced. and we were given a date of 30th September. The work has been just completed, today, 30th September, by a different work crew, but again, courteous, efficient and worked very tidily. We have been really impressed with the service, customer service and overall experience with Safestyle. We have had a quote now to get the windows and doors replaced.
