We guarantee to repair and replace any faults in your doors and windows for 10 years and as the nation’s largest fitter of doors and windows with over 20 years experience we’ll be around in another 10 years to fulfil that promise.

What's more should you move home at any point your guarantee can be transferred to the new owner at no cost, so they too can have peace of mind.

Any work required under your 10 year guarantee will be carried out by our dedicated team of service engineers, whose expertise and experience will make short work of any problems big or small.

Using My 10 Year Guarantee

Any work under your 10 year guarantee will be done by our dedicated service teams, our service teams don't do anything other than make sure any problems are sorted quickly and done right.

Right now we have as many as half million homes covered by our 10 year guarantee and if you choose to have your windows or doors replaced with us you will receive your guarantee folder which will give you total piece of mind that we've got you covered!

Who do I speak to if I have a problem I need fixing?

Give our customer service teams a call on 01274 842 842 and we will arrange to have a service engineer come out and fix the problem.

What if my windows develop a problem after 10 years?

We can still help; we can still repair any problems with our windows when they fall outside the guarantee period.

What if I sell my home?

If you sell your home the guarantee can be transferred over to the new home owner, so they too can have peace of mind.

What if for any reason you cease trading during my guarantee?

We have every expectation of being here for many years to come, but should for any reason we cease to trade during the guarantee lifetime, your guarantee is insurance backed meaning you will remain covered (subject to the terms of the insurance policy).
